We actually guarantee our work. When we say satisfaction guaranteed we mean it. If for any reason you are unhappy with our service we will come back to your property and fix the area of concern if you are still unhappy you will not owe us one penny. This kind of guarantee is almost unheard of in the lawn care industry. We truly want our clients to be satisfied with our work.
We show up!!! We will be consistent with our service if your lawn is scheduled to be mowed on a Monday we are going to show up every Monday. If there were ever a need to adjust your scheduled day of service we call, text, or email you a notification.
We pride ourselves in our communication with our clients if you call us today we are going to respond to you today not two weeks later or never.
We will show up to your home in a professional uniform and use professional grade equipment to perform your lawn maintenance service. Before we leave your property we are going to do a multi-point inspection to insure our quality of work is top notch. Just a few examples of the things on our list to check are: is Mrs. Smith’s gate locked, are all the concrete and hard surface free of grass or other debris, and are there any areas of concern that Mrs. Smith should be notified of.
