Here is what this job is:

You will be an assistant to the “Crew Leader” as a Lawn Maintenance Technician. You will be trained to mow lawns properly, operate equipment like zero turn mower, string trimmers and back pack blowers, spread mulch and dress up flower beds. We offer on the job training that is thorough and will get you up to speed quick. The pay starts out low (because you don’t know anything yet) and will be $12 an hour. After 60 days of exceptional performance we will give you a raise to $13. If you are a top performer and a really great fit with our company then you will be promoted to “Crew Leader”.

Our “Crew Leaders” earn $700 + a week not counting bonuses. They are VERY detail oriented. They love their jobs. They love this company. They work hard but get to work outside every day without someone standing over their shoulders.
